Water Pressure
I've had some weird water pressure the past couple of days. The pressure "pulses" a few times and then usually becomes a steady stream. Other times, it will "pulse" the whole time. Anyone having this issue? I wanted to check before I call up the plumber, maybe it's just a building water pressure issue.

it's a consequence of the power outage yesterday AM (which shut off the water pump). air gets into the lines, and that's what you're experiencing. it will stop once you run the water some.

I had a similar problem during the power outage, and the water was fizzy and dark. After the power returned I ran the water a while and it returned to normal.
